由中国教育国际交流协会主办的第五届“2013博士生教育国际交流会/PhD Workshop China 2013”将于2013年11月30日-12月1日继续在北京港澳中心瑞士酒店举行。
该交流会的宗旨是为有志出国攻读博士的中国学生和国外招收博士生的学校和导师搭建一个交流、沟通与面试的平台，让双方利用这个面对面交流的机会，使海外院校代表可以向中国学生介绍更多的博士生研究学科、资助项目、奖学金项目、专业申请及入学机会，并现场指导申请程序、进行面试等；同时，国内学生也能获得权威、全面、丰富、专业、准确的博士留学信息。
截至11月初，来自澳大利亚、比利时、加拿大、斐济、法国、德国、新加坡、荷兰、英国和美国，共10个国家的近80所著名大学及博士研究生院已经报名参会，院校名单详见附件2；届时驻华使馆教育官员以及160多位参会院校博士生招生主管、教授和导师将现场向中国学生详解各自学校和院系的博士生招生、资助、奖学金申请、学科专业设置等问题。同时，这些大学和博士研究生院也希望能与国内院校建立联系、探讨科研合作、共谋未来发展。
作为目前国内高层次校际“配对”合作国际化平台和“不出国的见面交流机会”的一个专业活动，为了确保国内院校代表、学生和海外院校代表的现场会见效果，所有参会老师和学生需登录www.phdchina.org点击“参会观众”分别提前网上注册，在网上实现与海外院校代表预约面谈的联系和确认，然后凭打印出的“参会确认函”邮件入场参会、面试和面谈。网站注册截止日期：2013年11月23日。
