荷兰鹿特丹伊拉斯莫（Erasmus University）法学院副院长

Fabian Amtenbrink is Vice Dean and professor at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam where he holds the Chair of European Union Law. Since 2009 he is also Visiting Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium). His research focuses on constitutional and institutional aspects of European Union law, as well as legal issues of (European) economic and monetary integration. Professor Amtenbrink studied law at the FreieUniversität of Berlin (Germany) and is fully qualified to practice law in Germany. He also holds a doctorate in law from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands). He is member of the governing board of the Centre for the Law of EU External Relations (CLEER) and project leader of the European Research Network for Economic and Financial Governance (ERNEFG), a joint research initiative by the Dutch universities of Rotterdam, Leiden and Delft.

Professor Amtenbrink serves on the editorial board of several international journals including the European Law Review and the Netherlands Yearbook for International Law, as well as being a principle editor of the Nijhoff Studies in EU Law Series (Brill).

He presents papers and givesprofessorial guest lectures at numerous academic institutions and professional organizations around the globe, including inter alia the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford, the Bocconi University Milan, as well as at the International Monetary Fund and several national central banks.
